Founding Team
Meet the women building Detroit’s newest community for the girlies.

Ashley Crowder
Ashley Crowder is the founder behind Luxe Links Michigan and the visionary creator of Woodward Girls Club and See You Sunday Events, a growing platform designed to elevate and connect female-owned small businesses and women. What started as a charm bar quickly evolved inta curated, high-energy markets that blend community and unforgettable experiences. Known for her bold ideas and sports-meets-girly aesthetic, Ashley has built a loyal network of entrepreneurs across Michigan and beyond. She is passionate about creating spaces where women feel seen and supported and where small businesses have the opportunity to thrive in big ways. Through intentional branding, strategic collaboration, and a whole lot of heart, Ashley turns "Just an event" into a movement. When she's not planning the next Sunday's market, she's balancing motherhood, marriage, a full-time medical sales job and big dreams. Proving you can build a brand and a beautiful life at the same time.

Sarah Michals
Sarah Michals spent the first 10 years of her career as a TV news reporter and anchor. Ask her about interviewing the Vice President or flying in a fighter jet! She followed every step to rise to the top news stations in the country, and just before her final career leap...she quit. Why? Because she believe so deeply in the community she's built through her social media platforms and wellness podcast, Water Your Garden. Water Your Garden is dedicated to helping people pause, pour into themselves, and "Water their metaphorical garden" to become the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves. On the podcast and across social channels, she shares conversations and stories about all aspects of wellness and happiness: From fertility, ethical eating and skincare to career growth, and financial empowerment. Her mission is to tell stories that help others live their best lives.

Joey Namou
